Child and Adolescent Services

Our Child and Adolescent Group includes several clinicians who specialize in the treatment of children and adolescents. We treat children from the age of 2 to 18 with various needs. Our clinicians are trained in research and evidence-based treatments including:

  • Family play therapy
  • Play therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Behavioral Interventions
  • Social Skills Training
  • Psychoeducation
  • School Consultation

The clinician will meet with you and your child for an initial intake evaluation to discuss your concerns and to develop a specific treatment plan. Clinicians may use behavioral measures and parent and teacher-report measures to assess progress throughout treatment. We work closely with teachers, physicians, and psychiatrists as needed to ensure continuity of care and generalization of progress. Our clinicians work with common concerns of childhood/adolescents including Anxiety, Depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, social skills difficulties, behavioral concerns, parent-child relational concerns, school problems, stress and adjustment, and family stress.
